Jennifer Schroer, RN, BSN spent her early work life in business administration and marketing. She changed course in her early 40’s and earned her nursing degree from St. John’s College of Nursing in Springfield, Illinois, then worked as an ICU nurse in both large trauma centers and small, rural hospitals.

Her involvement with Vital Health Solutions was initially meant to be for the start-up phase. In the first few weeks of the team working together, however, the positive energy and excitement of creating a patient-centered clinic from scratch led to a bigger, official commitment as Business Manager. As is common in small operations, she will wear other hats, too. Expect her to draw your blood on occasion, and maybe some other clinical duties in the future. Stay tuned.

Jen lives with her husband, Tim, and their dog Chip. Together, Jen and Tim have four grown kids, and share one grandchild. Jen spends her free time with family, especially enjoying her role as Memaw. Art of all kinds – making it and appreciating it – is part of her everyday.
